    You get a unique amount, like 60.4271 USDT, and a QR code. Send it over TRC-20 — the payment is found on the blockchain automatically.

    Why "Mirage"

    In Chinese, a mirage is 海市蜃楼 — "a market on the sea, towers of the shen". Old legends said a sea creature, the shen, breathed out whole cities that floated over the water. In Arabic it is سراب (sarāb), the shimmering city on the desert horizon. Science is simpler: light bends as it passes through layers of air at different temperatures. A city of light that appears out of nowhere — that's the avenue.

    Good to know.

    How long does my tower stay?

    You pay once, there is no monthly fee. The tower stays on the avenue for as long as Mirage Avenue runs. It is advertising space — not an investment or a financial product.

    What can I change after paying?

    Name, @nickname, tagline, photo or logo, links, glass, neon, architecture and facade style — any time, for free. Floors and add-ons are what you paid for and stay fixed.

    What is USDT TRC-20?

    USDT is a digital dollar (1 USDT ≈ $1). TRC-20 means it is sent over the TRON network, where fees are low. You need a wallet such as TronLink or Trust Wallet, or an exchange account that can withdraw USDT on TRC-20. The network fee is paid by the sender in TRX.

    I sent a different amount. Is my money lost?

    No. Every transfer to the wallet is recorded with the sender's address. Only the exact amount is credited automatically; anything else is checked and credited by support — write to us from the chat icon in the city with your transaction ID.

    How fast is it?

    Usually a minute or two after you send. Paste the transaction ID at checkout to speed it up.

    What if someone else is buying the same plot?

    Whoever starts checkout first gets the plot reserved for 30 minutes. If a payment still arrives after the plot was taken, it is recorded and refunded or moved to another plot by support.

    What content is allowed?

    Your own brand, project or name. No illegal content, scams, adult content, hate, or other people's trademarks. Towers that break the rules can be hidden.

    Can I buy more than one plot?

    Yes — every plot is a separate order, and all your towers live in one account.

    Will there be a Mirage token?

    It's on the roadmap (floor 05): a token for paying on the avenue at a lower price and for voting in the owners' council. It is not an investment and nothing is promised about its price. It will launch only after a legal review, with the rules published in advance — until then, the avenue runs on USDT.
